Terms of use – rules and instructions
 
After you have chosen “Renaissance Villa”, select the date and length of your stay in the reservation calendar.
You will be able to select only available appointments, and your selected appointment will be marked in green.
Check your entry and click on “Book”.
 
First step
 
Details of your reservation – check your selection and click “Next”. You can also check our general
terms and conditions by clicking on the corresponding link.
 
 
Second step
 
Enter your personal information and the number of adults, children and babies in your group.
 
If you have babies in the group, a cot and a baby feeder can be put at your disposal up to the maximum number
specified on the villa page. Only on request.
  
You can also leave a message in this section if you have a special request or additional questions.
 
 
Step three
 
Review your reservation and your preferred payment method.
In order to secure your reservation, an advance payment of 30% is required. The advance is irreversible. 
The security deposit is paid in cash upon arrival at the villa, and is returned to you when you leave the villa.
Any damage caused during your stay will be deducted from the amount of the security deposit.
    
 
METHODS OF PAYMENT
 
For an advance payment of 30%, please choose one of the following payment methods:
   
Payment by bank transfer.
(payment is due within 3 days of booking – additional conditions apply )
 
To pay the remaining 70%, choose one of the following payment methods:
  
Payment by bank transfer. (due 30 days before arrival)
 
Cash on arrival.
If you chose a bank transfer for the advance payment, you will receive an e-mail with all the details of the
reservation and instructions on how to proceed.
In order to finalize the reservation, you must follow the instructions in the email and confirm the
reservation. After that, you will receive the payment information by e-mail. You must make the payment as
soon as possible because the due date is 3 working days from the day of the reservation. If we do not receive
the advance even after this period, we will contact you and the reservation can be cancelled.
Please note that if you decide to pay the remaining 70% in cash upon arrival. The advance is not refundable in
the event of cancellation.

 
All prices include VAT and tourist tax for all members of your group.
 
 
  
 
Fourth step
 
CONFIRMATION
 
After the payment has been made, you will receive a payment confirmation to your e-mail address. You can use
this confirmation when checking in at the villa.
 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
 
If you want to cancel your payment, you must contact us in writing at villa.renesansa@gmail.com with
an explanation of the reason for cancellation.
